I'm pretty sure that they are exactly like the ones used in hospitals CSR, but just in minature.
We are setting up a plant tissue culture lab and will be installing autoclaves. we currently use autoclaves that use electricity to generate their own steam, as opposed to units which run on house steam. is there a reason not to use one which runs on house steam? i am assuming that any contaminant...
What happens when water is not added to an autoclave? does is still sterilize? will it damage any instruments? is it possible to use too much water?
I know that it is done to check the safety operation of autoclave. i would like to know if any companies offer the test.
