what is the name of a bacteria not killed by a conventional autoclave?

i'm a student in dentistry, doing a research paper....all i could find is that its an endotoxin, pyrogen that is hard to kill with high pressured steam and best killed under dry heat. but what is the bacterial name, or specific disease name that cant be killed using a conventional autoclave?

Yes, I am a dentistry student as well, and I am pretty sure the most resistant form of life is spores. So that may be the bacteria your after.

But, I do believe they can still be killed with proper sterilization techniques, including using an autoclave. So maybe not...
