You need an autoclave to sterilize something completely. An autoclave kills even the spores of viruses and bacteria, not just the germs living on them at the moment.
Baby bottles need to be clean enough for babies to eat from. Piercing needles need to be clean enough to be insterted into a human body. There is a good reason that professionals spend money on autoclaves.
If you don't have enough training to know this, please go get an apprenticeship from a reputable professional BEFORE you start piercing people.
What happens when water is not added to an autoclave? does is still sterilize? will it damage any instruments? is it possible to use too much water?
I know that it is done to check the safety operation of autoclave. i would like to know if any companies offer the test.
